1. Reservations & Seating Policy
- Reservations are recommended, especially during peak hours, to ensure a smooth dining experience. Walk-in guests are welcome and will be seated on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.
- Large groups (6 or more) are encouraged to book in advance. We may require a deposit for large bookings during busy periods.
- If a reservation is not honored within 15 minutes of the booking time, the table may be released to accommodate other guests.

- CCTV cameras are in operation for security purposes, and any suspicious activity will be reported to the relevant authorities.
6. Conduct & Behavior
- We aim to create a welcoming and enjoyable environment for all guests. We reserve the right to refuse service to individuals who display inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to:
- Disruptive conduct affecting other diners
- Aggressive or disrespectful behavior toward staff
- Intoxication or substance abuse within the premises
- Guests who fail to adhere to these guidelines may be asked to leave without a refund.
7. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Dine-in: Refunds are not issued for meals already served unless there is a verified issue with food quality.
- Takeaway & Delivery: If an issue arises with an order, customers should contact the restaurant immediately for resolution. Refunds or replacements will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
