Dumplings' Legend is a distinguished Chinese restaurant nestled in London's vibrant Chinatown, celebrated for its authentic Cantonese dim sum and an expansive menu featuring over 400 regional Chinese dishes. A hallmark of the restaurant is its Xiao Long Bao—delicate soup dumplings meticulously handcrafted in an open-plan, glass-walled kitchen, allowing diners to witness the intricate preparation process. ​

The establishment is the brainchild of Geoffrey Leong, a prominent figure in London's Chinese culinary scene. Having moved to the UK from Hong Kong at the age of ten, Leong's family has deep roots in the restaurant industry, with ventures spanning fine dining in Hampstead and Mayfair before making a mark in the West End. Leong's vision for Dumplings' Legend was to create a space that not only offers traditional Cantonese fare but also introduces diners to regional specialties, providing a home away from home for Chinese expatriates and an authentic experience for all patrons.
